Once you subscribe to an ImgToTxt paid plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing cycle by canceling through your account settings. Please note:
- Cancellations do not apply to the ongoing billing period, and you will retain access to the service until the current period ends.
- To cancel, log in to your ImgToTxt account, navigate to the subscription settings, and follow the cancellation instructions.
- Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, all subscription fees and charges are non-refundable. This includes:
- Payments for monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Unused portions of a subscription term if you cancel before the billing period ends.
- Free trial periods, which do not involve charges but may transition to paid subscriptions if not canceled.

- No charges apply during the trial period.
- You may cancel the trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription to avoid charges.
- Free trials are subject to the same non-refundable policy once they convert to a paid plan.
